A celebration of life for Melba Rabinowitz will take place on Sunday, May 15.
Melba Rabinowitz served the province as an educator, advocate and champion for parents, children and families since the early 1970s. We invite friends, colleagues, and loved ones to join her family at a celebration of life service.
