A very rare listening opportunity! Music at Memorial welcomes harpist Sarah Veber and violist Kate Read, who join faculty member Michelle Cheramy in a gorgeous program of trios for flute, viola, and harp. Claude Debussy’s iconic sonata for this instrumental combination is paired with trios by R. Murray Schafer, Afarin Mansouri, and Sofia Gubaidulina for a colourful, mesmerizing, and lushly impressionistic concert. Don’t miss this chance to enjoy a chamber ensemble and repertoire rarely heard in St. John’s.
