Coffee is definitely more than just a drink. Many of us wouldn’t have made it through university without it! Join Memorial biochemist Dr. Scott Harding for a discussion on the history, chemistry and nutrition of one of the world’s favourite beverages. Following Dr. Harding’s presentation, alumnus Rob Collins, (BA ’88, BSc ’87) will share his top tips from over 20 years in the café business (HavaJava Coffee House and Espresso Bar) and demonstrate how to make better coffee at home.
