National Assembly on Workplace Democracy Regional Forum

The Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources (CIRHR) Director, Rafael Gomez, will discuss the Assembly process and worker voice (the ability to influence decision-making in the workplace); what was gleaned from our provincial and national assemblies; and the findings of our post-survey regarding the assembly’s impact on the participants’ personal well-being. He will also facilitate panel discussions with key stakeholders and assembly members, as well as an audience Q&A.
