Navigating Academia: Addressing Your Questions

Have you ever had questions about graduate studies but hesitated to ask? Are you curious about the unwritten rules of academia? In this student-led workshop, we aim to dismantle common myths surrounding university life, provide insights into Canadian academic culture, and enhance understanding of university systems. The session will feature dedicated time for Q&A and a roundtable discussion to encourage dialogue and mutual learning. You can email your questions to the host, Xin Wang (xw8080@mun.ca), and we will incorporate them into our workshop. All submissions will remain anonymous.
