Memorial University is participating in the Atlantic Institutions PowerHour Series, a new mental-resilience initiative presented by the Atlantic Institute for Resilience (AIR). 

The next session, PowerHour 2, is on Strategies to Reduce Anxiety. Participants will learn practical tools to regulate anxiety and stay grounded during high-pressure moments.
