Online

We are excited to invite you to an upcoming 60-minute interactive skill-building session on Reading a Sense of Control in Stressful Times, presented by AIR Institutes. Join us for the session on March 11, 2026 at 9:30 am (NDT).

Facilitated by Jessica MacKenzie, this PowerHour helps you understand where you truly have influence and how to direct your energy more intentionally. Together, we will explore the difference between reacting and responding, identify what is within and outside of our control, and practice shifting our mindset and actions to create more effective and supportive outcomes in both work and life.

You will learn how to:

· Identify what is within your control versus what needs to be let go.

· Use the Power Grid tool to assess whether you are reacting, resigning, or responding effectively.

· Take intentional, supportive action by redirecting your energy and attention toward what you can influence.
