We’re always here to learn at Science on the Rock, but have you ever thought about HOW we do that? Join us when Dr. Ami Goulden takes the Quidi Vidi stage to give a talk for teachers and learners (so for everyone!):

We often design learning as if everyone takes in information in the same way but in reality, variability is the norm, not the exception. This talk introduces Universal Design for Learning, a framework that draws on neuroscience and education research to design more flexible, accessible learning experiences from the start. Ami will share some simple, real-world examples of how small design choices can reduce barriers, support engagement, and give people more agency in how they learn.
