New at Gardiner Centre!

Illuminate the full power of your mission—learn how to measure what truly matters.

This course is designed to equip leaders, changemakers, and innovators with the skills to meaningfully assess and communicate the value of their work. Whether new to the world of social enterprise and impact or looking to deepen existing strategies, participants will gain an accessible and engaging introduction to the key concepts and tools behind effective impact measurement.

The course explores how to move beyond outputs and articulate the true outcomes of an initiative—social, environmental, and economic—using internationally recognized frameworks and participatory approaches. Combining hands-on activities, collaborative learning, and case-based exploration, the session helps participants connect the dots between mission, action, and impact.

Through dynamic discussion, team-based exercises, and practical templates, participants will learn how to design a clear Logic Model that links vision and mission to measurable results. The course covers how to identify meaningful indicators, support informed decision-making, and develop an Impact Measurement Framework (IMF) tailored to specific goals and organizational capacity. Participants will also explore ways to leverage impact data to enhance storytelling, refine strategy, and build trust with funders, stakeholders, and communities. The course concludes with an introduction to a range of impact measurement tools and software adaptable to organizations of any size.

Step into the future of purpose-driven leadership. Gain the skills to measure what matters, communicate impact with confidence, and drive meaningful change within communities.
