Strengths for Career Success

In this workshop, participants will be introduced to concepts of strengths-based development and its impact on professional growth.  They will learn about the 4 domains of strength, explore everyday clues to their unique strengths in action and that their natural patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours can be productively applied to enhance their career at any stage.
