We are pleased to welcome Dr. Quang Ngo, the winner of this year’s Meridith Marks Mentorship award. Dr. Ngo is an Associate Professor and clinician educator in the Department of Pediatrics at McMaster University and a practicing pediatric emergency medicine physician at McMaster Children’s Hospital.
As part of his visit to Memorial University, he is delivering this workshop on an approach to feedback utilizing an advocacy-inquiry framework. This practical workshop will allow participants to practice the curiosity-based approach to feedback with their peers.
