Teaching Assistant Training Program

The School of Graduate Studies is pleased to offer the Teaching Assistant Training Program (TATP) for graduate students during the Winter 2025 semester. This program aims to introduce new graduate students and future teaching assistants to their roles, responsibilities, and relevant policies. Participants who attend all training sessions will receive an electronic certificate of completion.

This semester, the TATP will include:

  • Online Brightspace Session: Wednesday, February 19, 2025, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. NST
  • In-Person Session: Saturday, February 22, 2025, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. NST

We invite Dr. Leonard Lye, Emeritus Professor in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, and CITL Learning Technology Coaches to contribute to these sessions. Please click here to register. The registration deadline is Friday, February 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. NST.
