Thesis Writing Retreat

The Writing Centre and the School of Graduate Studies are pleased to announce the upcoming Thesis Writing Retreat, running from Aug. 21-25. We are calling master’s and doctoral students engaged in thesis writing to join us. In the retreat, participants will immerse themselves in a focused and supportive environment, free from distractions, as they work towards significant thesis progress. We are holding this event in person at the Writing Centre’s office (SN-2053) for the first time since 2019. However, we will accommodate students who are not in the St. John’s region using Webex. Retreat participants will find a supportive, encouraging and interdisciplinary intellectual community. Learn more here. Please follow this link to complete your registration.
