Unlocking Innovation: NSERC I2I

A collaborative session hosted by the Research Innovation Office (RIO) and NSERC’s Innovation to Innovation (I2I) team that will delve into the technology transfer process at Memorial University and the journey towards NSERC –I2I grants.

I2I grants aim to accelerate the pre-competitive development of promising technology originating from the university and college sector, and to promote its transfer to a new or established Canadian company. In this session you will first learn more about the technology transfer supports available at Memorial University through RIO, followed by a presentation from the NSERC I2I team discussing the different program phases, application processes and considerations for a successful I2I project.

This event is part of Memorial University’s Research Week 2023: Faculty, staff and students are all welcome. This event is virtual and will take place on Tuesday, November 21st from 2 – 3 p.m. (Newfoundland time).
