Topics include: Leadership Styles, Management vs. Leadership, Leadership Communications, Change Management, Decision Making, Setting SMART goals, Conflict Resolution and Building an Effective Team. Each participant will also develop their own personal leadership statement to guide them as emerging leaders within their organization.
