Johnson Geo Centre; Upper Island Cove
Memorial University’s Johnson Geo Centre is excited to invite you on a road trip to explore the Upper Island Cove fossil surface! Research has been ongoing at this site for the last 20 years. The fossil tour will be led by our interpreter, Dr. Rod Taylor, known fondly as @FossilRod. With his vast knowledge of Ediacaran fossils in our province, and his engaging approach to sharing that knowledge, we know you’ll have an experience you won’t soon forget!
The tour was such a success in July, we realized we needed an additional hour!
