Using Brightspace Tools to Support Student Progress

Brightspace offers a range of tools that allow instructors to monitor student activity in a course such as their engagement with the course material or participation in discussions. Brightspace also allows instructors to identify students who may be at risk (and those who are succeeding), and send those students automated yet personalized emails to help them stay motivated. This session will focus on the types of student learning data available in Brightspace and on using Intelligent Agents to help students stay on the right track in their learning journey.
