Join the Department of Human Resources along with an expert facilitator from Morneau Shepell in discussing how to recognize the symptoms of stress? Explore the newest research and what experts are saying about good and bad stress. Employees will gain the tools to manage stress, including mindful communication.  Topics covered in this seminar include: facts about stress; top stressors; how you know you’re stressed; good stress-bad stress; identifying triggers; how to know when others are stressed; mindful communication and the key elements of stress.
