Wellness Support for Graduate Students On and Off Campus
Wednesday, Dec. 11, 12-1 p.m.
IIC-2014, Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation
As supervisors, we alone cannot give students all the supports and mentorship they need. This session is focused on the community within MUN and beyond that can help students navigate their time here and is purposefully timed as we move into the darkest time of the year – a period that can be particularly challenging for students that are not able to go home over winter break. Join a panel of folks including Sonia Ho (SGS Wellness Navigator), Katie Hayward (Indigenous Student Wellness Navigator), Colt Politte (Executive Director of Quadrangle NL), Lynn Walsh (Interim Director, Internationalization Office), Johnny Rose (The Jacob Puddister Memorial Foundation), and others as we chat about resources and programs to support graduate students. Bring your lunch and join us for our third seminar of the SGS Graduate Supervisor Training series.
In person and virtual: Wednesday, December 11th, 12-1 pm
Beatrice Watts Boardroom, SGS, IIC-2014
