La formation sur les pratiques inclusives dans le milieu de la santé aborde un large éventail de notions sur les réalités de la communauté 2SLGBTQIA+. Au terme de cette formation de 2 heures, vous serez en mesure de connaître le vocabulaire de base des communautés sexuelles et de genre, de comprendre les différentes formes de discrimination présentes dans le milieu institutionnel en raison de certains systèmes normatifs, de découvrir la pluralité des transitions de genre et réalités trans, ainsi que d’obtenir des outils d’intervention ou d’actions afin d’offrir des espaces queer et trans affirmatif. This workshop on inclusive practices in the healthcare environment addresses a wide range of notions about the realities of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. At the end of this 2-hour training, you will be able to know the basic vocabulary of sexual and gender communities, to understand the different forms of discrimination present in the institutional environment due to certain normative systems, to discover the plurality of gender transitions and trans realities, as well as to obtain intervention or action tools in order to offer affirmative queer and trans spaces.
