Goat yoga, beer yoga, trap yoga, holy yoga, museum yoga. These are just a few examples of the way yoga has become domesticated in the Anglo-American context, particularly in public spaces. This talk explores how that happened and what it reveals about yoga as well as the way we think about public space.
