Follow author and Faculty of Medicine professor Dr. Mike Wahl as he shares his history of extensive travel and research, as well as his discoveries and trials of health wisdom and insights from around the world.

Illustrated with stunning photography by Braeden King, Health Explored: A Journey in Happiness, Healing and Humanity seeks to capture the essence of each culture and landscape visited, along with how to practically integrate these global health practices for enhanced well-being here at home.

Dr. Wahl is an assistant professor in the Division of BioMedical Sciences at Memorial University.
