Update on IT services

Campus and Community

A power outage to Memorial’s St. John’s campus data centre on Friday afternoon temporarily affected the university’s enterprise network, servers and IT systems.

While major systems are back online, users may experience issues with some online services. If you experience IT issues, please contact IT Services. For St. John’s campus contact the IT Service Desk at 864-4595, help@mun.ca or chat support at https://www.mun.ca/cio/support/. Grenfell Campus employees visit Grenfell Campus ITS Remote Support at and MI employees contact servicedesk@mi.mun.ca.

CITL’s Support Centre is available during extended evening and weekend hours for inquiries related to teaching and learning, technical support for learning technologies (e.g. Brightspace, Online Rooms, Webex, etc.) and examinations for online courses.
